Monday Morning In Person Yoga

Join Carina for a Monday morning outdoor (when weather permits) slow flow Yoga practice to set the right tone for your week ahead. Class is inspired by principles of nature, the elements and aligning with the seasons to enhance our own feeling of connection with the natural world, beginning with strengthening our own awareness of body, breath and mind.
The class will include Asana (postures), Pranayama (Breath practices) and most of the time some Meditation and internal intention setting for the week ahead.
You do not have to have any prior Yoga experience. A basic level of fitness is recommended in that you are comfortable getting up and down from the ground unassisted.
Classes are designed to restore balance to the nervous system, honour our individuality, different bodies and unique life experiences and if some weeks life has been demanding and you just need to come and lie on the floor and join in whenever you like (or don't) this is always welcome. It is your time.

Please have bare feet and bring your own mat. A blanket is also recommended.

THURSDAY PM SLOW FLOW - IN PERSON
60 MINUTE IN PERSON CLASS,
TICC, HIGH ST, NEWBURGH

A slow flow vinyasa class for the brain and body designed to reset and revive the nervous system through asana and pranayama inspired by neuroscience, nature and the seasons.
​
Suitable for those who recently completed beginners course or those who have a well established practice and want to focus on building their practice to be sustainable, safe and enjoyable.
