Join Carina for a Monday morning slow flow Yoga practice to set the right tone for your week ahead. Class is inspired by principles of nature, the elements and aligning with the seasons to enhance our own feeling of connection with the natural world, beginning with strengthening our own awareness of body, breath and mind.
The class will include Asana (postures), Pranayama (Breath practices) and most of the time some Meditation and internal intention setting for the week ahead.
You do not have to have any prior Yoga experience. A basic level of fitness is recommended in that you are comfortable getting up and down from the floor unassisted, as the practice will often include downward dogs and some sun salutations. Classes are designed to restore balance to the nervous system, honour our individuality, different bodies and unique life experiences and if some weeks life has been demanding and you just need to come and lie on the floor and join in whenever you like (or don't) this is always welcome. It is your time.

Please have bare feet and bring your own mat. A blanket is also recommended.

A slow flow vinyasa class for the brain and body designed to reset and revive the nervous system through asana and pranayama inspired by neuroscience, nature and the seasons.
​
Suitable for those who recently completed beginners course or those who have a well established practice and want to focus on building their practice to be sustainable, safe and enjoyable.

Just Show Up

The perfect way to start your week!
All you have to do is roll out of bed and show up... whether you are tired, full of energy or still in your PJ's this class will gently bring you energy, space and the mindset to get your week off to the right start!
Combining breath-work, asana and meditation, this class will help set the tone for your day and for your week and leave you feeling uplifted, more focused, regulate the nervous system and create space in the body and mind.
