2.5 hours of rest, nature connection, guided meditation and storytelling with the heart medicine of ceremonial Cacao

Guided relaxation, seasonal stories, exploration of what nature has to offer at the turn of this beautiful season through our senses enjoying 100% pure plant derived seasonal essential oils

The space will be comfortable, warm and some blankets and yoga mats (to lie on) available.

You may wish to bring your own favourite blanket, a journal and any other relaxation aids (eye pillows, cushions, cosy socks!)

SPACES WILL BE LIMITED AND AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME BASIS

No Yoga experience required

If you do not want to drink Cacao you are very welcome to attend and an alternative (tea) will be available
