Enchanted in the Forest Day

A fully immersive forest experience

What to expect?

Join us for a full day (and optional overnight!) deep in the forest where you can expect total nature immersion beneath a rich canopy of Scots Pine, Firs, Birch and other native species.  We will spend time amongst the trees getting to know Pinus Sylvestris (Scots Pine) and experiencing the sweet nectar of Betula Pendula (Birch). The day will include:
 

  • Welcome to the Forest

  • Opening Tea Ceremony

  • Workshop - producing Smelly Trees and tree essential oils 
    (distillation using Alembic Still)

  •  

    Gentle Somatic Movement in Nature

  • Tree Meditation

  • Breath practices

  • Fresh seasonal VEGAN LUNCH & snacks

  • Sip healing spring waters

  • CACAO ceremony + deep relaxation

  • Learn the many health benefits of engaging with TREES

  • Receive specially made Smelly Trees of Scotland gifts

  • Sharing circle

  • Closing 

  • Optional camping overnight

  • Optional morning wild swim
     

There will be the additional option to spend the night in the forest camping overnight GLAMPING (first come basis) or in OWN TENT 

Camping is available on the SUNDAY night after the event and additionally camping is possible the night before for those travelling from afar who would like to wake up in the forest on the 18th!


An optional COLD WATER SWIM will also be available for those camping overnight.
