What to expect?

Join me for an afternoon deep in the forest where you can expect total nature immersion beneath a rich canopy of Scots Pine, Firs, Birch and other native species.

We will spend time in rest amongst the trees, wandering, exploring the magic of Summer Solstice and messages from nature during this thriving season.

CARINA BIRRELL

Yoga + Meditation Teacher, Creatrix + Founder of Smelly Trees of Scotland

Carina lives in Newburgh, Fife and works as an actress, producer and writer in the Film /TV industry as well as teaching Yoga for over 10 years and shamanic offerings mostly focused on CACAO ceremonies and nature immersion. She specialises now in Yoga and Meditation for stress and regulating the nervous system guided by principles of aligning ourselves with nature. A passionate cold water swimmer and forest lover, Carina founded Smelly Trees of Scotland in 2020, creating handcrafted tree oil fragrances and celebrating the plethora of mental and physiological benefits of engaging with trees through scent. Carina runs monthly cacao ceremonies in Perth as well as Retreats and is excited to bring this month's CACAO into the woods!
